As you know we just had our first meeting last two weeks ago on Thursday and we’ll be having another meeting this THURSDAY at 5:00 in UC 237 . So come check it out and here about what we are planning for this semester! This is what happened at the first meeting:

Requirements for induction:
- Must be at least a second-semester sophomore
- Must be enrolled as a major or minor in a psychology program or a program psychological in nature that is equivalent to a psychology major
- Must have completed at least 9 semester hours (3 classes in Psychology)
- Must have an overall GPA that is in the top 35% of their class based on rankings within sophomore, within junior, and within senior classes (if the cut-off for the top 35% is below 3.00, the applicant must have an overall GPA of at least 3.00 on a 4-point scale)
- Must have a psychology GPA that is at least 3.00 on a 4-point scale
However, if you have not been inducted yet you can still join as an associate member!
If you think that you should have been inducted or have missed the induction come talk to an officer, we may have your certificate.
Dues:
$ 50 for National Dues
$ 35 for Chapter Dues
Don’t Forget:
The member that comes to the most meetings will be the winner of the Kaplan Scholarship (a.k.a an inexpensive way to study for your GRE!)
